Services

Air Surge provides residential and commercial HVAC services including installation, repair, maintenance, and emergency service. All services are provided by licensed and insured technicians in accordance with local and state regulations.

Pricing and Payment

Service pricing will be provided in advance via estimate or quote. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, credit cards, and financing options for qualified customers.

Service Guarantees

We stand behind our work with warranty coverage on parts and labor as specified in your service agreement. Warranty terms vary by service type and manufacturer specifications.

Scheduling and Cancellation

We strive to arrive within scheduled appointment windows. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Emergency service appointments are subject to availability.

Limitation of Liability

Air Surge Heating & Cooling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
